The Complainant alleged that she worked with the Respondent as a help for 25 years. She further alleged that she had a verbal exchange with the Respondent's daughter. She says that as a result of this, the Respondent assaulted her physically and threw her out of the house. She says that the Respondent just threw her out without giving her anything. She wants the Commission to intervene. OBSERVATION AND DECISION The Commission observes that the Complainant has already complained to the Cantonments Police in respect of the assault. It is advised that she pursues the criminal aspect of the case there. In respect of the end of service, the Commission advises that she gets the services of the Legal Aid Board to initiate action in court against the Respondent.
