INTRODUCTION In the complaint received on 17th November 1999, the Complainant requested legal assistance from the Commission. COMPLAINANT'S CASE The Complainant alleged that he was involved in an accident on the 6th of June 1997 on Adenta road which resulted in serious injuries. The accident was reported to Kaneshie Police Station. The driver was subsequently charged with offence of careless driving and was put before the Circuit Tribunal. According to the Complainant he needs legal assistance in the prosecution since he suspects foul play. RESPONDENT'S CASE Comments received from the Respondent indicated that the above matter was taken to the 28th February Road Circuit Tribunal and has been there since 18th March 1999. The case was adjourned to 4th February 2000 with the view to locate witnesses involved to give evidence, but the search failed.
