The Complainant was an Assistant Supervisor in the Respondent's Company in 1998. He resigned his position as a result of an allegation of theft levelled against him by the Respondent. He petitioned the Commission for redress. COMPLAINANT'S VERSION Accordin to him, the Respondent had been awarded a contract to build a Student's Hostel for the University of Ghana in May 2002. He alleged that the Respondent later, sublet the contract to him and other forty-two [42] that if they completed the work on schedule, [the Respondent] would pay them $300,000.00 each. The Complainant, however, claimed that they completed the work on schedule but the Respondent failed to fulfil the agreement entered into. The Complainant intimated that, in the midst of this frustration, the Respondent employed another General Manager, who became hostile to their plight.
