By his petition dated 8th November 2002, the Complainant alleged that the Respondent has refused to pay him his salary for the month of September. COMPLAINANT'S CASE In his complaint to the Commission, the Complainant stated that he worked with the Respondent as a security officer for five (5) years, i.e. 1998 to 2002. During the period, he performed his duty faithfully. However, on 19th September 2002 whiles he was on duty at Ghana Telecom, he was informed that a robbery took place on 17th September when he was on duty. The case was reported to the Police and he was charged as a suspect. He later resigned from the Respondent's company, but they have refused to pay him his salary for the month of September 2002, claiming that he was still under investigation.
