The Complainant alleged that his appointment was terminated by Respondent without the payment of his salary and benefits even though Management authorized payments. COMPLAINANT'S CASE: According to Complainant, he was employed as a factory hand by Respondent in June 1992. This was a temporary basis until his appointment was terminated on May 28, 2002. Complainant stated that in the letter terminating his appointment management advised that the accountant should pay his salary for May 2002 and any other entitlements due him. When complainant contacted the accountant he was told that there was nothing for him. The Complainant therefore feels that his rights have been trampled upon and wants the Commission to assist him claim his benefits. RESPONDENT'S CASE: In their response to Complainant's petition, Respondents stated that Complainant's appointment was terminated because of his poor attitude towards work.
