INTRODUCTION In a complaint received on 30th June 2004 the Complainant alleged that he joined the Respondent's Insurance Scheme 32 months ago and that the Respondent has not given him his policy number and certificate despite several appeals. The Complainant therefore petitioned the Commission to assist him retrieve his premium. OBSERVATION The case is a private and contractual one and does not fall within the Commission's mandate. The reliefs the Complainant seeks can be enforced by the Courts. DECISION The Commission declines to investigate and advises that the Complainant pursue the matter in court.
