INTRODUCTION The Complainant petitioned for redress into his dismissal from the Respondent institution as he alleged that the dismissal was wrongful. COMPLAINANT'S CASE In the petition received on 4th May 1999, the Complainant stated that he has been the Respondent's employee since 31st January 1984 to 24th January 1997 when he was dismissed for allegedly inserting names on the pay roll of the Respondent Keta Division. The Complainant further stated that he never inserted any name on the pay roll, hence his dismissal is unjustified. RESPONDENT'S CASE In a comment received, the Respondent explained that there is an internal resolution mechanism available which the Complainant failed to make use of. Failure of this he has denied himself of the needed assistance as such he should take advantage of the internal resolution mechanism available.
