INTRODUCTION In his complaint of 8th July 1996 received on 18th July 1996, the Complainant alleged that he picked a business transaction with a Nigerian called Luise Adibe who became a cheat to him by defrauding him. On one occasion, he had a transaction with him during which he had wanted to deduct all that he has lost to Adibe and give him the balance of which Adibe rather became infuriated. Adibe later reported the matter to the James Town Police Station and used one Inspector Amadu B. Driwu to harass him. The Complainant therefore sought the assistance of the Commission to stop the James Town Police especially Inspector Amadu Driwu from harassing him and investigate into Adibe's business in Ghana. OBSERVATION Two reminders for comments have been sent to the Respondent for which no response have been received.
