INTRODUCTION The Complainant revealed that he had been working with the Respondent for three months until he was dismissed by the respondent. COMPLAINANT'S CASE Narrating his complaint, the Complainant said on 28th May 2003, he informed the Respondents of the shortage of soap. The Respondent had informed all employees to make request for items prior to their shortage. In view of this the Complainant informed the respondent of the shortage of soap on 27") March 2003. However, the Respondent refused to supply complainant with soap. On 28th May 2003, the Complainant reminded the Respondent of the soap, but was dismissed by the Respondent. RESPONDENT'S CASE At a discussion held between the two parties, the Respondent admitted that the complainant had been working with the Respondents for 3 months.
