The Complainant on January 07, 2003 sent a complaint to the Commission asking for its intervention in a matter of equitable distribution of the property of the grandmother of the Complainant. The Complainant alleged that the Respondents children have taken an undue share of the said property. The Commission attempted a mediation on February 04, 2003. A copy of the probate in respect of the said property was produced by the Respondent. The property has been shared in accordance with the will and was done in the presence of the Chief of the Hausa Community after probate has been granted.
