INTRODUCTION The Complainant's appointment was terminated by the Respondent on 11th' November 1994. He complained to the Commission on 10th December 1997. He alleged that his termination was wrongful because it was as a result of slanderous allegations made against him by his subordinate out of malice. He pleaded with the Commission to intervene to ensure his reinstatement. FRUSTRATIONS Several attempts at getting the Respondent to comment on the complaint proved futile. The Commission has also not heard from the Complainant for a very long time. It is very difficult in circumstance like this to carry out any meaningful investigation. Both parties have not cooperated with the Commission's investigation. DECISION In the light of the above therefore, the Commission has no option but to discontinue its investigations.
