INTRODUCTION The Complainant petitioned the Commission to restrain the Respondent from carrying out father's directive to eject him from the room he occupies. COMPLAINANT'S CASE In a complaint dated 17/09/02 the Complainant alleged that she was staying in his father's house at Dome, according to him the Respondent who is his step-sister is behind his father's directive to have him ejected from his father's house. He was therefore seeking the Commission assistance to restrain the Respondent from carrying out his father's directives since he did not know his mother and did not have anywhere else to go. OBSERVATION The Commission observes that the Complainant has abandoned his case and has failed to honour several invitations for a mediation. He could also lodge this complaint before the Rent Office.
