The plaintiff by the endorsement on her Writ of Summons is claiming: a) Recovery of possession of office space occupied by the defendant on the 2nd floor of Douha House, Tudu, Accra for non-payment of rent due and owing. b) Mesne Profits from 1st August 2002 to date of ejectment. c) Outstanding rent of ¢400,000.00 for the period 1st August 2001 to 31st July 2002. d) Outstanding water and electricity bills of ¢394,000.00.
