DOTSE, J.A. This is an appeal against the decision of the High Court, Sefwi-Wiawso dated the 7th day of April, 2004. By the High Court judgment referred to supra, the Court allowed an appeal against the decision of the ersthwhile Community Tribunal, Sefwi-Wiawso dated 13th May, 2002. By its decision, the Community Tribunal, Sefwi-Wiawso delivered judgment in favour of the Defendants/Respondents/Appellants hereinafter referred to as the Appellants. At the Community Tribunal, Sefwi-Wiawso the Plaintiff/Appellant/Respondents, hereinafter referred to as the Respondents originally claimed as against the Appellants herein, the following reliefs:— "Declaration that all that Three Houses situate at (1) Karo and (ii) Akurase all in Dwenase (which were part of the inventory in the application for letters of administration in respect of the Estate of late Kwadwo Bih) are the Plaintiffs' family properties and should be deleted from the inventory. (2) Single Barreled gun in the Defend.....
