FARKYE J.A.: This judgment is in respect of an appeal against the judgment of the High Court Accra dated 27th June 2003. The facts of this case are that on the 29th day of April, 1997, the Plaintiff/Appellant therein referred to as the Appellant for himself and on behalf of the Okwei Noi family issued out a Writ of Summon claiming against the defendants/Respondents herein referred to as the Respondents the following reliefs:— 1. " Declaration that the land in dispute in the two [2] judgments of [i] Judgment in Suit No. L132/1961 [High Court presided over by Mrs. Justice Annie Jiagge] and [ii] Judgment in Civil Appeal No. 14/1962 [Supreme Court-Presided By Korsah [C.J.] and Crabble [JS.C.] and Blay [JS.C]. "Touch and concern two parcels of the same contiguous stretch of land described as La Abafum Quarter Land. 2. "Declaration that the Supreme Court's unanimous judgment entered on 13th March 1963 in Civil Suit No. 14/1962 reversed, overruled and superseded the High Court.....
