INTRODUCTION The Complainant alleged that she had been subjected to physical and mental abuse by the Respondent who is her brother and other members of the family. The Complainant was seeking the Commission assistance to bring the Respondent to justice. OBSERVATION The Commission observes the Complainant has abandoned her case, as she has not honoured several invitations to appear before the Commission. DECISION The Commission accordingly discontinues any further investigations into the case in accordance with Section 13(1)(b) of Act 456 which states that: : "Where in the course of the investigation of any complaint it appears to the Commission that having regard to all the circumstances of the case, any further investigation is unnecessary it may refuse to investigate the matter further."
