In this application the plaintiff/applicant is praying this Court to enter judgment in her favour against the defendant/respondent. On the 7th day of December 2006 the Plaintiff/Applicant issued her Writ of Summons against the Defendant/Respondent claiming the following reliefs: a. Recovery of possession of the rooms being occupied by the Defendant in H/No 21 Block 9 Asokwa New Amakom Extension Kumasi. b. Damages for trespass c. An order for perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, his servants, agents and any person or persons claiming title through him from interfering with the Plaintiff's property in dispute as the Defendant has not got any defence to the Plaintiff's action upon the grounds set forth in the accompanying Affidavit.
