This is an application on notice praying this Honourable Court for an order of interim injunction RESTRAINING THE Defendant by himself, agents, servants, privies, workmen, assigns or otherwise howsoever from publishing defamatory words which form the basis of this action or any of them or of similar words or any words of the like effect until the final disposition of the present suit. This is certainly not a class action and it is not clear from the motion paper who the agents, servants, privies, workmen or assigns are. A Court look at the statement of claim, paragraph 3, thereof describes the defendant as the Tema Wessic Constituency Chairman of the new Patriotic Party. As a party Chairman, it would be far fetched to speculate who the agents, servants, workmen, privies and assigns could be other than the party faithful who may be innocent about the on going squabbles at the top.
