(b) An order that the Will be proved in solemn form. (c) Declaration that the alleged Will of the of Araba Bentsi-Boison @ Araba Bentsi-Enchill (deceased) is null, void and of no effect and/or in the alternative (d) Declaration that the Adeiso Estate House No. G 97/2, Governor Rowe Road, Cape Coast and H/No. D 112/2, Jackson Street, Cape Coast are not part of the estate of Araba Bentsi Boison @ Araba Bentsi-Enchill (deceased) and have no testamentary papers.
