Sometimes in 1998 the Plaintiff sent a total of Eight heifers to the cattle kraal of the Defendant for breeding. 2. Four of the said heifers delivered female offspring the same year while the other four delivered bulls. 3. The said 8 heifers delivered yearly from 1999 to 2002. 4. The four female offspring also delivered yearly from 2001 to 2002. 5. The Plaintiff demanded return of his cattle and the Defendant promised to deliver same to the Plaintiff in December, 1999 but the Defendant has failed or refused to deliver same despite repeated demands 6. The Defendant is unlawfully detaining the Plaintiff’s cattle and Plaintiff.....
