OFOE J.A.: The appellants have eleven grounds of appeal against the decision of the trial court convicting them for contempt of court. The grounds are: a) The learned High Court Judge erred in holding that the appellants had not complied with the judgment of the Greater-Accra Regional House of Chiefs by the handing-over of 10th September, 2006, when indeed on 22nd May, 2007, the High Court, Accra presided over by His Lordship Isaac Lartey Young J, ruled that the handing-over of the Gbese Stool and regalia to the 3rd ruling house by the appellants on 10th September, 2006 complied with the judgment and orders of the Judicial Committee of the Greater-Accra Regional House of Chiefs dated 17th February, 2003. b) The learned trial High Court Judge erred in law in convicting the appellants of contempt of the judgment of Judicial Committee of the Greater Accra Regional House of Chiefs dated 17th February, 2003, when appellants had already on 22nd May, 2007 been convicted and punished ...
