INTRODUCTION In the complaint received on 17th November 2005, the Complainant petitioned against the two Respondents, R. Agyapong and Victoria Agyeiwaa both are Officers of the Darkuman Police Station for aiding the Complainant's landlady in an ejection exercise against him. FACTS The Complainant explained that Miss Abigail Aminatu Nelson who was his landlady conspired with these two mentioned Police Officers while he had traveled outside Accra to seek medical assistance to remove his properties from the room and damped them at the Darkuman Police Station on 19th April 2003. He explained further that this discovery was made after his return from the medical treatment in August 2003. The Commission's gathered through investigations that the Complainant traveled for quiet a long while this made the landlady to think that he might have abandoned his room.
