INTRODUCTION In his complaint lodged with the Commission, the Complainant alleged that the Respondent accused him and three others of stealing and destroying Company property and he was subsequently dismissed from the company. The Complainant therefore petitioned the Commission to investigate the matter to clear his name and cause Respondent to pay all his entitlements. COMPLAINANT'S CASE The Complainant indicated that he was an employee of the Respondent's institution. According to him in 1997 he, together with other workers were accused of stealing and causing damage to Company property. The case was subsequently reported to the Police where they were detained in Police cells for two (2) weeks. He alleged that they were subsequently arraigned before a Court of competent jurisdiction where they were discharged for want of prosecution.
