INTRODUCTION The Complainant lodged a complaint against the Respondent for the alleged gruesome killing of one John Kobina Addision Jnr. However the Respondent denied such allegation and attributed the death of John Kobina Addison Jnr. to an alleged mob attack. COMPLAINANTS CASE According to the Complainant the late John Kobina Addison Jnr was a father of two children and a Welder who had his workshop at Control Area, Dansoman. However he had a mental problem. The deceased later changed his welding profession to a Taxi Cab driver. In order to cure his mental problem which had been recurring sporadically, the deceased decided to seek both medical and spiritual means to cure his illness. On the 20th of April, 2002 the younger brother of the deceased called Kwame Esoum visited his late brother and gave him Six Ghana Cedis (GH$6.00) for maintenance.
