JUDGMENT By an amended writ of summons, the Plaintiff claims against the Defendants herein: “1. A declaration that by an indenture dated 7th February, 2006 made between Nii Okpelor Ablor Mensah and the plaintiff, the Numo Sowah Din Okpelor family of Teshie Accra granted a leasehold of its land situate at Nmai Dzorn, Accra and described in the said indenture to the plaintiff. 2. Recovery of possession of the land referred to in relief 1 from the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th defendants. 3. Damages for trespass against the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th defendants 4. Perpetual injunction against the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th defendants their agents, servants and assigns from further trespassing on the land in dispute or in any way disturbing the plaintiff’s quiet enjoyment of same. 5.
