JUDGMENT By a writ of summons issued on the 22nd day of February, 2007, the plaintiff seeks against the defendant herein: “(1) A declaration that the plaintiff is the beneficial owner of the property situate at H/No. 9/18 Sowotuom Accra. (2) An order for recovery of possession of the property referred to as H/No. 9/18 Sowotuom, Accra from the defendants. (3) An order for the return to the plaintiff all documents including the deed of lease between Nii Adote Obour II and the Plaintiff (4) An order for account for all rents received by the 1st and the 2nd defendants from any tenants in the said property. (5) An order for perpetual injunction restraining the 1st defendant from parading or presenting herself as owner of the subject matter of this suit”. The writ was accompanied by a statement of claim.
