JUDGMENT By a writ of summons, the plaintiff herein claims against the defendants: “(a) declaration that the plaintiff being the child of the late E. Q. K Quartey is a member of the Quartey family and is entitled as of right to live in the Quartey family house No. C.29/1, Adama Avenue, Adabraka Accra. (b) ¢5 million general damages against the defendants for wrongfully ejecting the plaintiff from the said family house No. C.29/1, Adama Avenue, Accra. (c) Perpetual injunction restraining the defendants whether by themselves, their servants, workmen, agents or any of them or otherwise howsoever from interfering with the plaintiff’s occupation of the rooms within the said house No. C.29/1, Adama Avenue, Accra.” The accompanying statement of claim was amended on the 7th May 2008.
