THOMAS BAAH vs. CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF KOFORIDUA

The plaintiff issued a writ on 26/02/09 against the defendant for the following reliefs: a. A declaration that the plaintiff’s appointment as Human Resources Officer and Administrator was made permanent by the efflux of time; b.
