BISMARK SARPONG vs. LYDIA YIRENKYI
This ruling is in respect of an application on notice for interlocutory injunction filed by the plaintiff/applicant seeking an order of this court to restrain the defendant, her heirs, successors, agents, assigns, workmen and all persons claiming through her from entering and interfering with the disputed land pending the determination of this suit. According to the plaintiff/applicant, in February 1997, he bought a plot of land at New Bortianor with footings thereon from one Stephen Amoah Gyimah (deceased) for GH¢9,500.00. The said Stephen Amoah Gyimah (deceased) caused a lease to be prepared for him. As a result of which the plaintiff/applicant went into immediate possession of the land. The plaintiff then contracted the said Stephen Amoah Gyimah (deceased) to put up a house on the said plot of land for him.
