FACTS The complaint against the Respondent was received by the Commission on 23rd August 2008 in which the Petitioner complained of non-payment of his pension. According to the Complainant he was a corporal of the Ghana Armed Forces. He retired in 1992. His identity card number was No. 218423. He further stated that he received his monthly pension through the Standard Chartered Bank, Korle Dudor Branch, Accra with account No. 0150410475600. The Complainant alleged that around February and March 2004, he was taken ill and as a result could not go to the bank for his monthly pension. Upon recovering partially in November 2, 2004, he went to the bank for his money only to be told by the Manager that no payment advice have been received in his favour since January 2004. This therefore implied that he could not be paid. The Complainant then reported the issue to the District Treasury, Kinbu.
