INTRODUCTION The Complainant lodged this complaint at the Commission on 12th March, 2008 against the Respondent. In his complaint, the Complainant alleged that the Respondent named him as the father of her daughter. According to the Complainant he is not the father of the Respondent's daughter and so requested the Commission to assist him to conduct a DNA test to ascertain this fact. FACTS The Complainant stated that he was in a relationship with the Respondent but broke up with her. He continued that after the break up the Respondent informed him she was pregnant. According to the Complainant, even though he knew he was not responsible for the pregnancy, he maintained the Respondent until she delivered. The Complainant further indicated that he would like a DNA test to be conducted to determine if he was the father of the child.
