JUDGMENT By a writ of summons dated the 17th day of December, 2006 the Plaintiff claims against the defendant: “(a) An order against the defendant for an amount of US D 673,766.66 or its cedis equivalent and interest thereon up to the final date of payment. (b) Costs” The writ was accompanied by a statement of claim which was subsequently amended. After entering appearance to the writ, the defendant filed a defence and later amended it to include a counterclaim for “(a) Unpaid remuneration of USD 805,000 representing 20% of the volume of trade within the period. (b) Damages for breach of contract (c) Cost on full indemnity basis”.
