RULING On the 1st day of June, 2010 the herein named Plaintiff caused a writ of summons to issue against the defendant for: “a) A declaration that the plaintiff’s term of office as Deputy Rector of Gimpa shall end on July 31, 2011. b) An order of injunction restraining the defendant, his agents, assigns, officers and servants from interference with the plaintiff’s position and performance of his lawful duties as Deputy Rector of GIMPA. c) Costs including legal costs. d) Any other order or orders as may seem just to the Honourable Court”. The writ and the accompanying statement of claim were served on the defendant who caused his solicitors to enter Appearance. A statement of defence was later filed on behalf of the defendant.
