JUDGMENT On the 1st day of August, 2008 the plaintiffs herein caused a writ of summons to issue against the defendant. In the said writ which was filed together with a statement of claim, the plaintiffs claim against the defendant: “(i) Declaration that plaintiffs are the owners of House No. 107 Farkohi Road, Teshie Nungua, Accra by virtue of a Deed of Gift dated the 29th day of July, 2002 and made between Madam Naa Lamiokor Lamptey and the plaintiffs. (ii) An order for the immediate ejection of defendant from the said house and recovery of possession of same by the plaintiffs. (iii) Damages for wrongful occupation of the said house. (iv) Perpetual injunction restraining the defendant, his agents and assigns from entering onto or occupying the said house or in any way disturbing the peaceful enjoyment of the said house by the plaintiffs”.
