RULING On the 12th day of April, 2010 the plaintiff herein issued a writ against the 1st and 2nd defendants for: “a. A declaration that Defendant did not have the right to transfer money from Plaintiff’s dollar account without Plaintiff’s authority. b. A declaration that Defendant’s conduct amounted to manipulation of Plaintiff’s dollar account. c. An order compelling Defendant to immediately transfer the USD2, 488.059.65 back to Plaintiff’s Account No.0101301000613. d. Interest on the USD for the period that Defendant has kept and used Plaintiff’s dollars. e. General damages against Defendant for breach of confidentiality and fiduciary duty to Plaintiff. f. Costs”. In the meantime, the 3rd and 4th defendants successfully applied to join the suit.
