JUDGMENT By a writ of Civil Summons dated the 13th day of November, 2008 the plaintiff claims against the defendant: “a. A declaration that the defendant is liable to re-offer to plaintiff for sale House No. 10 Plateau Close, NTHC Estates, Adjiringano, East Legon, Accra at the cost of US$66,450 and on the same terms of payment as NTHC Properties initially sold the said property to plaintiff and/or on more favourable and liberal terms pursuant to agreement reached between plaintiff and defendant. b. A declaration that the current terms and conditions on which defendant purports to sell or is selling House No. 10 Plateau Close, NTHC Estates, Adjiringano, East Legon, Accra to plaintiff is wrong, unfair/unconscionable and contrary to agreement reached between plaintiff and defendant and ought to be set aside; c.
