JUDGMENT The Plaintiffs in this matter caused the instant writ to issue against the defendants herein claiming against the defendants, jointly and severally the following reliefs: “(i) A declaration of title to two contiguous plots of land numbered 810 and 813. situate and being at Taifa a.k.a. North Dome a.k.a. South Kwabenya and more particularly described as follows:- Plot 810 (c) All that piece of land situate lying and being at North Dome (South Kwabenya) and bounded on the North East by proposed road measuring 150 feet more or less on the South East by Lessor’s land measuring 185 feet more or less on the South West by proposed road measuring 220 feet more or less and on the North West by land measuring 210 feet more or less and containing an approximate area of 0.815 acre or 0.330 hectare more or less.
