RULING The instant application which was filed on the 10th day of September 1997 seeks an order of the court to issue writs of attachment and committal against the Respondent herein for “disobeying, disregarding, disrespecting and or flouting the orders of the court”. The reasons for this application have been detailed out in paragraphs 3, 4, and 6 to 13 and 18 of the affidavit in support of the motion which are set out hereunder: “3. That on the 11th May 1994 this action was settled and the terms of settlement which was filed on the 12th August 1994 was accepted as judgment in this suit by this court on the 17th August, 1994.
