JUDGMENT The Plaintiff’s claim against the defendants, jointly and severally is for: a. ‘Declaration of title to all that piece of land with building consisting 14 rooms described variously as House No. E. 519/15, Nima 441, Accra or House No. E 80/16, Nima 441, Accra consisting of 0.12 acre measuring 63.2 feet more or less on the North and bounded by Lessor’s land on the West by land measuring 73 feet more or less and on the East by Lessor’s land measuring 86 feet more or less and on the South by Lessor’s land also measuring 64 feet more or less. b. Recovery of possession of all that premises described as in (a) above and ejectment of persons in occupation of the house. c. General Damages for trespass. d.
