KOFI ADAMS vs. IBRAHIM KOFFI

The plaintiff herein sued the defendant herein for the following reliefs: 1. Recovery of GH¢15,000.00 being financial assistance plaintiff upon request in October 2008 granted defendant to resuscitate his business, promising to repay on 30th November 2008, which Defendant failed, and has since rebuffed all demand notices and reminders to repay 2. Interest on the amount from November 30th 2008 to the date of final payment 3. Alternatively judicial sale of House number 36 ,Block D, Ridge, Obuasi to enable proceeds of the sale to be applied to the redemption of defendant’s indebtedness to plaintiff. The Plaintiff’s case is that he gave financial assistance to the tune of fifteen thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢15,000.00) to the Defendant to revive his business.
