The plaintiff’s claim against the defendant is for: “a An order compelling defendant – company to release the original Bill of Lading covering the shipment of frozen chicken leg quarter stuffed in container number ZCSU 5801893 presently at the Port of Tema. Or in the alternative b Recovery of an amount of $34,343.40 being moneys transferred to defendant for the purchase of one 40 footer container of frozen chicken legs quarters. c Interest on the said amount from 4th March, 2008 to date of final payment.” The facts of the case are in a very short compass.
