ERNEST APATU PLANGE vs. EMMANUEL BART PLANGE & 2 ORS.

In the Plaintiff’s Writ of Summons filed against the Defendants jointly and severally on 28th May, 2002, he claims as follows: “1. A declaration that; (a) The 1st Defendant is not and has not ever been appointed or elected, head of the family of John Nyan Plange, deceased. (b) The purported meeting of the family of John Nyan Plange, deceased, at which the Defendants were purportedly nominated or appointed to take out letters of administration of the estate of John Nyan Plange, deceased, was not validly constituted and that the purported nomination or appointment of the defendants to take out the letters of administration is invalid and ineffective. 2. A declaration that House Number C501/4, Royal Castle Road, Kokomlemle, Accra (otherwise known as C’est Si Bon Hotel) does not form part of the estate of John Nyan Plange, deceased, or in the alternative a declaration that the Plaintiff has a life interest in the said property to the exclusion of all other persons. 3. ...
