ERNESTINA AYENSU BOATENG vs. YAW BOATENG

The Petitioner herein filed a petition on 20th February, 2008 against the Respondent for the following reliefs: 1. That the marriage between the parties be dissolved. 2. That the Respondent be granted custody of the youngest child of the marriage, Boahene Boateng, aged 15yrs. 3. That the Respondent be ordered to pay the Petitioner such maintenance pending the hearing of this suit and thereafter such periodical payments as may be just. 4. An order for the payment of the maintenance arrears. 5. That in the alternative, the Respondent be ordered to pay the Petitioner a lump sum of Forty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢40,000.00). 6. That the following properties be settled in favour of the Respondent as joint owner: a. Unnumbered house at Adenta, Accra. b. A four (4) acre cocoa farm at Apinamang. c. A four (4) acre oil palm plantation at Apinamang. d. The chemical shop at Abetifi. e. A chemical shop at Nkawkaw. f. A cosmetic shop at Nkawkaw. g. An Isuzu p....
