ERIC NANA BADU (PLAINTIFF) vs. KAMUZU AYENSU AND KODUA ERIC (DEFENDANTS)

Jointly against the Defendants, the Plaintiff claims:— "i) A declaration of title to all that piece and parcel of land situate at Asankragua and sharing boundary with Asankragua-Enchi motor road the property of the late Mr. Fynn, motor road to Asankragua market, late Madam Akroma’s property, Mr. Nyemafro, (the brother-in-law of late Opanyin Tokyinie) the property of the late Kwaku Esono and Mr. Eyisi. ii) Damages for trespass. iii) Recovery of possession. iv) Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, their agents, servants, workers, privies and agents from in any way interfering with the Plaintiff's enjoyment of the said land". The Defendants deny the Plaintiff's claim. The issues that stood out as helping to resolve the dispute between the parties are:— 1.
