ALFRED K. ADICKAH (PLAINTIFF) vs. VICENTIA AWUSHIE (DEFENDANT)

Plaintiff filed this suit on 23/5/08 against defendant claiming; i. Declaration that House No. 38 – 203 Tabora, Accra was a joint matrimonial home. ii. Injunction restraining the defendant from renting rooms in the said house for her exclusive use until the suit has been finally determined. iii. Costs. The case of the plaintiff per his statement of claim is that he and defendant were once a married couple but now divorced. That he and defendant jointly owned House No. 36 203 Tabora, Accra which was their matrimonial home until their divorce. Plaintiff pleaded further that although the house is jointly owed by plaintiff and defendant his contribution far exceeded that of the defendant.
