FAITH SALVATION CHURCH vs. SAMUEL OTENG AND 3 OTHERS
Mr. Emmanuel Adusei – Poku, who claims to be a member of the plaintiff church, took out a motion on notice praying this court for a review of its decision of 23rd February, 2010 when it ordered an interlocutory injunction to restrain him from presenting himself as the Spiritual Leader and Head Pastor of the plaintiff church. The order under attack was as a result of an application by the defendants/respondents for an order of interlocutory injunction to restrain Mr. Emmanuel Adusei-Poku and others from administering the plaintiff church. The application was granted in respect of only Mr. Emmanuel Adusei-Poku, the applicant herein. He is aggrieved with the order against him and hence the instant application for a review of the decision of the court. His motion is supported by an affidavit in which he deposed that the court committed two errors in its ruling and these formed the basis of his application.
