JUDGMENT The plaintiff who described himself as a businessman in paragraph 1 of his Statement of Claim sued the defendant, whom he also described as a business woman for the following reliefs: (a) Payment of the sum of GH¢50,000.00 by the defendant being refund of part payment for 100 plots of land situate at Dahwenya near Tema. (b) Interest on the said sum from December, 2007 till the date of final payment. (c) Costs (d) Any further or other orders as this Court may appear just. This is a simple and straight forward case. The defendant does not dispute that an amount of GH¢50,000.00 was paid as part payment for 100 plots or 25 acres. The only dispute was that, the defendant said it was GH¢250,000 for the 25 acres. The plaintiff, as contended by the defendant, was not able to pay the balance within ninety (90) days as agreed by the parties.
