ABLA AGBEVIADEY (APPLICANT) vs. KWASIVI AGBEVIADEY AND KWASI AGBEVIADEY (RESPONDENTS)
The plaintiffs claim against the defendants is for: (1) An order for an account of all the monies they have received from the estate of the late Kwame Agbeviadey from 1998 to date. (2) An order for the distribution of the estate of the late Kwame Agbeviadey among his children. (3) Such further or other orders as the court may deem fit. On 31/7/2007 the defendants entered appearance and on 4/8/2008 filed a defence to the suit and counter claimed for (a) A declaration of title to house No. C 170/6 Kokomlemle. (b) Recovery of rent from the plaintiff from June 2003 to date of final determination of the suit. (c) Any other reliefs.
