The Plaintiff caused a writ of summons to be issued against the Defendants jointly and severally as follows: “a. Declaration that government of Ghana is vicariously liable for all the wrongful acts committed by the Defendants in their official positions while in government against the Plaintiff. b. Declaration that the British Authorities did pay the sum of £254,000.00 compensation to the Ghana High Commission and the Ghana Government for onward transmission to the Plaintiff herein somewhere on 15th November 2003. c.
