PETER AGYEI KUFUOR, BERNARD ASAMOAH KUFUOR AND BRENDA SERWAA KUFUOR vs. BEN KWESI KUFUOR AND EBELING LIMITED
The plaintiffs, three of the children of the late Bernard Mensah Kufuor, sought declarations regarding the ownership and administration of land at Switchback Road, Accra, which was part of their late father's estate. They challenged the validity of letters of administration granted to the 1st defendant and others, alleging fraud and improper administration, and sought to have the estate restored and managed by the Administrator General.
